These two teams, Boston, and Carolina will be teams to watch for the rest of the season heading into playoffs.
Many players have been bursting through the NHL, especially Connor McDavid who is quickly reaching his 100th point of the season. He also leads the league in goals (41). Leon Draisaitl and Nikita Kucherov follow behind McDavid with 76 and 72 points. In goals, David Pastrnak and Tage Thompson both follow being McDavid as well with 38 and 34 goals. Linus Ullmark leads all goalies with 1.90 goals against average, a .936 save percentage, and 25 wins.
The All-Star Break will give all teams a week of rest as the best of the best players compete and play to figure out who is truly the better player. From Carolina, Andrei Svechnikov was chosen to represent his team on the metro team alongside Rod Brind ’Amor who is the coach.
