The Knight's Post is a newspaper that operates out of Greenfield School in Wilson, North Carolina. We write about things that happen at our institution as well as Wilson County and beyond.

As a staff, we focus on making our stories interesting and accessible for our readership and we do our best to deliver honest and enjoyable articles.

Meet the Staff Writers

Gabby Beddingfield is a 9th grader at Greenfield School and has been here since she can remember. Her favorite classes are Theater, Newspaper, College Awareness, and English. She plays on the soccer team, and her favorite part about Greenfield is her circle of friends.

Ethan Carraway is a 10th grader at Greenfield School, and this is his first year. His favorite class is science, and his favorite part about Greenfield is the ice cream cookie sandwiches at lunch.

Jordan Corts is a 9th grader at Greenfield School, and this is his second year here. His favorite course is English, and outside of school, he loves to cook. His favorite thing about Greenfield is the size and his group of friends.

Darcy Dean is a 9th grader at Greenfield School, and she has been attending for ten years. Her favorite course is Newspaper, and her hobbies include volleyball, basketball, soccer, riding horses, owl calling, and hunting. Her favorite thing about Greenfield is its open campus.

Zachary Lozevski is a 9th grader at Greenfield School, and he has been attending it for seven years. His favorite course is math, and he enjoys spending his time playing board games. His favorite part about Greenfield is that the teachers are extremely nice and welcoming.

Rickayla Myles is a 9th grader at Greenfield School, and has been attending Greenfield since Pre-K 2. Her favorite course is Algebra, and outside of school she likes to work with her dad. Her favorite part about Greenfield is the community and seeing her friends every day.

Tyler Thompson is an 11th grader at Greenfield School and has been attending for two years. His favorite course is math, and outside of school he enjoys playing and watching sports. His favorite thing about Greenfield is the community. ​

Garrison Wester is a 9th grader at Greenfield School and has been attending since the 2nd grade. His favorite subject is English because he feels he learns something new every day. His favorite hobby is playing football with friends from school, and his favorite thing about Greenfield is the friendly environment and that everyone knows everyone.
