Recent lip sync battle a success

The recent Lip Sync Battle happened a couple weeks ago and it was an all-out battle between each grade. Everyone from Lower School to Upper School was battling it out for the title of the Lip Sync Champions.

All the dances done were unique and interesting in their own way with some doing themes around sports and TV shows. Although the themes of the younger kids were most likely chosen by the teachers, their performances were all coordinated and well-done.

There were winners of the lip sync battle in each section of grade levels. Lower School tied between 1st grade - who did a great dance to the song Put Me in Coach - and 4th grade - who did a beach theme to the song Surfing USA. The Middle School was the 5th graders, who did and outstanding performance of a rock-themed choreography to multiple different rock songs. The Upper School winners were the 11th grade and their amazing re-doing of the popular Mickey Mouse Club House dance. However, I personally think the 10th graders should’ve won.

All grade levels did an outstanding performance and I hope that Greenfield lets their students do lip sync battles in the future so students will be given a chance to express themselves time and time again for future generations to come.
