Processed food has become a part of everyday life all around the world. It’s quick and easy to make and extremely delicious, but should it be ingested into our body?

Ever since the boom of fast food restaurants the amount of obesity in countries like the United States and Canada has boomed significantly.

It’s obvious that this food isn’t good for you and causes faster weight gain, but I’m here to figure out why it has such an appeal and who it affects the most.

Fast food is, as the name suggests, fast food. It’s designed for people who don’t want to spend time cooking and would rather stuff their face right then to gain some energy but to ultimately gain some pounds. It’s not healthy obviously, but many people see it as a vital part of their lives.

One of the oldest and the most well known fast food restaurants is McDonalds. The chain started in California in a little town called San Bernardino where people were served burgers, fries, drinks, and nuggets at the speed of light. Everyone was so amazed by this that the joint blew up and became a chain restaurant across the nation. Ever since then, new fast food places have become successful. Most of them focus on making burgers and chicken, but some focus on coffee or doughnuts.

No matter which one you go to it’s gonna be a quick calorie fill-up which gives you an unhealthy body, so stop eating fast food before you die from it.
