Our fourth New Teacher Spotlight features a new lower and middle school Spanish teacher. She grew up in New Brunswick, Canada, and she has competed in several Iron Man full triathlon events. Do you think you know who it is? You guessed it, it’s Mrs. Spagnoletti!
Mrs. Spagnoletti has always had an interest in languages, even when she was just a child. She says that her idol growing up was her mom because she had competed in athletic competitions all over the world.

When she was a kid, she wanted to travel, but she never thought that she would be teaching. Mrs. Spagnoletti says that it was a spur of the moment decision to become a teacher. She says that her favorite things about Greenfield are the small size, Sarah Bradley, and the inclusive attitude that everyone has. Mrs. Spagnoletti says she decided to come to Greenfield because she has two kids who attend the school.
Mrs. Spagnoletti’s favorite color is blue, her dream place to live is anywhere in the mountains, and her favorite animals are dogs. In one quote from an interview with her she said, “I don’t like the beach! I love the mountains. I don’t like the heat. I like to hibernate in the summer.”
