New Head of Student Life announced

The upcoming 2022-2023 school year is approaching, and with it comes a new Head of Student Life here at Greenfield School.

Our current head, Mrs. Melodie Powell, created the position years ago. Since then, she has led numerous bonding trips. These bonding trips have become a cornerstone of Greenfield School as well as the second spring trip we take every year.

However Mrs. Powell has recently decided to step down as Head of Student Life and focus on admissions, leaving the position open.

Enter Mr. Seth Penwell. He’s been a hardworking and committed member of the Greenfield since 2018. He also created Greenfield’s Theater program and has directed many of it’s plays. While Mrs. Powell will still be working here, Mr. Penwell will be taking over her duties, planning and directing the bonding and spring trips, as well as numerous other student activites, like SGA. While we will miss Mrs. Powell we are ready to welcome Mr. Penwell with open arms eager to hear all of his ideas.
