MS Science Fair takes place

by Wesley Howard

From February 27th through March 3rd Greenfield School hosted a Middle School Science Fair. A science fair is an educational event where students present their scientific projects, experiments or research to a panel of judges, teachers, and peers. It provides an opportunity for students to showcase their scientific knowledge, creativity, and problem-solving skills, as well as to learn from the work of others. Science fairs are usually held at schools, but can also be organized at community centers, universities, or other venues.

Middle school students would bring their science project into the Hall of Fame room. They would set up their stations and have them on display for the judges. The judges were Mrs Denton, Mike Land, and Jennifer byrd. Mrs Lupton said “Jennifer Byrd is the executive director of the Imagination station.” The fair was held from February 27th through March 3rd. Mrs. Lupton was the person that was in charge of the science fair.
