You may have heard about “The Tonight Show” or the star of the show named Jimmy Fallon. Since 1953, tonight's show has been on air in New York City. Recently, many employees have spoken up about their toxic workplace at Tonight's Show.

More than 80 of the employees at Tonight's Show were interviewed and none of them had positive things to say about the show and its workplace. A student at Greenfield School named Drew Lucas states “I believe that many of these big company's mistreat their employees because they don’t understand that their employees are the biggest part of the company, and the company won't function without them”. The employees state that Fallon has let down his company by showing up to work on many occasions under the influence. Not just has he been showing up under the influence, but he has offered alcohol to many of his employees.

This has sparked a big fire for Jimmy’s show and has caused many people to stop watching the show and begin boycotting them. In a recent poll I took, 9 out of 10 people agree that what Jimmy Fallon did was wrong. The show has not been on air since May, which may be a sign that many employees have left and are no longer able to do their show.
