The upcoming 2023-2024 year at Greenfield is going to feature many different classes and many different changes.
Some of the newest changes is that Greenfield is doing away with the 6-week marking period. Instead, Greenfield will implement four separate nine week-long periods. This will give the student more time and more grades in order to pull up their grades.
Additionally, there will be new AP classes offered. The new AP classes will also give students a wider range of choices because of the new classes. Some of the new AP classes are AP African American studies, AP Statistics, and AP Human Geography.
Sophomore Henry Daniel stated, “I think the addition of AP Statistics will allow more students to get a better understanding of how statistics work and how it may help them in future situations.”
Some of the other new non-AP classes are Conversational Spanish and Performance Music.
