Last week, we were given an inside look at Mr. Benoit’s daily routine. This week, we’ve been given the opportunity learn about a day in the life of Mrs. Dawn Peele. I chose to write about Mrs. Peele because I enjoy her biology class. She is a hard worker and inspires me to be a better person.

Mrs. Peele wakes up every morning at 4:45 am and leaves her house for work around 6:30. When asked about the first thing she does when she wakes up, Mrs. Peele said, “Start the coffee pot! I have to have my coffee in the morning.” This helps her to get energized after waking up early. Once she gets to school, Mrs. Peele teaches 7 classes every day. These classes include biology, ecology and AP environmental science.

She leaves work around 3:30 most of the time and gets home at 4:15. The first thing she does when she gets home from work is talk to her husband and reflect on her work day. After school, she also watches TV, checks on her horse, and cooks dinner. She goes to bed at about 9:30.
