Mr. Penwell starts his day at around 6:40 when he wakes up. The first thing he does is feed his dogs, Harper and Lincoln. He leaves for work at around 7:25-7:30.

After he is at school, Mr. Penwell teaches 4 classes every day and 5 on A-days, when he teaches theater. These classes include 8th grade Spanish, Spanish I, and Spanish II. To prep for his classes, Mr. Penwell makes note of what he has already done and what needs to get done. From there, he plans his days ahead.

Mr. Penwell leaves work around 3:30 on most days, but depending on the time of year, he may leave later. He gets home around 3:45. As soon as he gets home, Mr. Penwell lets his dogs outside. He also works on lesson plans and makes sure he is ready for the next day. He ends his day at around 10:30, when he goes to bed.
