Mae Pridgen has been a part of the Greenfield family since she was three years old. She has played varsity tennis since her 7th grade year.

Mae’s favorite memory from tennis was senior night. She said after a long game, she won, and her teammates stormed the court to celebrate. They chalk the court and celebrate the seniors every year. Mae plans to major in nursing because she has always loved science and helping out others. She was sure she wanted to study this in college after taking Mr. Land’s anatomy class. She said Mr. Land made the class fun and she realized she loved learning about the human body.

Mae in interested in attending either UNC Chapel Hill or the University of British Columbia.

She feels like Greenfield has completely prepared her for college. She said the senior prep class has taken away a lot of stress and confusion for her entire application process. Her favorite memory overall was playing tennis for Greenfield.
