Libby Eagles is a senior this year who came to Greenfield School in preschool as a two-year-old, but left for both ninth and tenth grade. She rejoined the Greenfield family last year to finish out her high school career here.

Libby Eagles has participated in a variety of clubs during her time here. These include Buddies Not Bullies Club, Environmental Club, Spanish Club, Trivia Club, Headbands for Hope Club, and Knitting for Kitties Club. She has also been a part of the tennis, soccer, basketball, cheer, and swimming teams while at Greenfield.

Libby Eagles was asked what she considered to be her greatest accomplishment at Greenfield. She said, “I would say keeping straight A’s throughout my high school career while doing a sport every season.” When asked what her favorite memory from her time at Greenfield was, Libby Eagles said, “My favorite memory was probably homecoming this year and getting to walk out with my dad.”

When asked what she will miss most about Greenfield School, Libby said, “I’ll miss the small, tight-knit community, and knowing all of the younger kids and under-classmen, and forming relationships.” She also said that Coach Robin Macintosh, her tennis coach and kindergarten teacher, impacted her a lot during her time at Greenfield. About her, Libby said, “She’s just an inspiration to always try hard at what you want to do and you can accomplish anything, and she cares about you so much more about the person than the player.”

Libby Eagles’ advice to high school students is that this is a great place with many opportunities and “there’s no loss in trying new things, so just seize any opportunity you can.” Libby Eagles will be missed at Greenfield next year, and we wish her luck as she enters into the next chapter of her life.
