Class of 2022 Spotlight: Jessica Stanciu

Jessica Stanciu is a senior this year and has attended Greenfield School for six years now. The sports she has played are tennis, soccer, and swimming. Jessica likes to hang out with her friends, play the guitar, and likes to go to the gym. Her favorite subject at school is environmental science, and her favorite class is biology. Jessica’s hardest task of this year has been Biology and Government and Politics. She had also said that she does not really have an easy class, but she has enjoyed AFM.

Jessica will chose to be farther away farther away from home for college. She will study biology and look for a program that has strong internships opportunities. The major she wants to go into is biology in order to become an oncologist for her career. Jessica had said that she feels excited to be independent, but she is also nervous to be on her own.

Jessica Stanciu's favorite thing that has happened of this year is when she was participating in the haunted trail and Aiden and Bailee ran into Veer with a wheelchair. She said, “When I leave Greenfield I am going to miss hanging out with my friends and having lunch with them.” She also has some tips for high schoolers: “join extracurriculars, stay organized, do your work, but also enjoy your high school years because they will go by fast.” Jessica also said that “The best advice someone has every given me is do what makes you happy.”
