Class of 2022 Spotlight: Gabrielle Vester

Our second Class of 2022 Spotlight brings Gabrielle (Gabbi) Vester into focus.

Gabbi Vester is a senior this year at Greenfield School, and everyone is distraught to see her go. She touches the lives of everyone that she meets; let's have a look at her life.

Gabbi has been at Greenfield for her entire life since she came as a two-year-old in preschool. Of all the great things about Greenfield, she says that her favorite thing about it is the outdoor campus. She plays three sports - volleyball, swimming, and soccer - and her energy has been described as "contagious" by her teammates. She is a leader both on and off the field.

I asked Gabbi to share some fun facts about herself. I discovered that her favorite color is blue, and her favorite animal is the flying squirrel, which she looks like when she jumps super high into the air when she’s playing volleyball. Out of all the places in the world, she says that her dream place to live would be the mountains, but her dream vacation would be to go to the Bahamas so that she could swim in the ocean all day.

After graduating from Greenfield in May, Gabbi hopes to go to Appalachian State University to study Forensic Science. She also plans to minor in education. We are all incredibly excited to see all of the wonderful things that you do to the world, Gabbi!
