The boys' basketball team is having an amazing season with a 20-5 record. Their season is almost over, so let's have a look over their greatest strengths and biggest flaws with Hampton Evans, a varsity player who has some words to say.

Hampton said that sometimes “we lacked effort while playing.” That being said, Hampton said that their best quality this year has been “staying together and working as a team.”

Working as a team is very important when it comes to playing and organized sport. If you can’t work as a team then you can’t ever be great, and it seems like the Greenfield varsity basketball team has that in the bag.

I asked Hampton one more question about how he and the team plan to fix any problems in the future. He said, “We need to work on problems off the court and during the game.” I really think that what Hampton is saying is that working together isn’t always the answer and that also getting to know the people you play ball with so well is also an important aspect to becoming a stronger team.
