On February 5, 2024, American singer Toby Keith lost his battle with stomach cancer. He was surrounded by family and friends at the time of his passing in his home state of, Oklahoma. Weeks prior to Toby's death he held a concert in Las Vegas where he performed three nights in a row to a sold-out stadium.

Toby Keith was widely known for his style of music. Many people state that he is the biggest patriotic singer and songwriter to have ever lived in America. A few of Toby Keiths most popular songs are "Courtesy of the Red, White, and Blue", "American Ride", "Made in America"and I aint as good as I once was”.

Toby Keith has always held rallies and set up donation funds to cancer patients to help treat or even prevent future cancer diagnoses. Dylan Carpenter states “he was an amazing singer and an amazing person; I cannot believe he passed.”

Toby Keith left a huge impact on the music industry with many singers playing his songs at his concerts. On January 6th Toby Keith was the most listened to singer on Apple Music and still is holding his place at #1 on the Apple Music charts.
